(TAMS), Thiensville, WI. Printed in softcover, 79 pages with hundreds of black-and-white photographs and advertisements. The book measures 11 inches (28.5 cm) high by 8-1/2 inches (21.5 cm) wide.

Text from the author's Introduction, in part, reads as follows:

"The following descriptions delineate the different types of tokens and medals pertaining to automatic musical instruments. Most of these items - those which have inscriptions such as GOOD FOR ONE TUNE, for example - were made for use in these instrumetns. Others were intended as store cards or medals to advertise firms making or selling such devices.
